3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. LendMIS and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the services, or the general business of LendMIS.

• You may not use the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• You are responsible for complying with the Chit Funds Act, 1982 and other relevant RBI regulations applicable to your business.

5. Payment and Subscription

We offer paid subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LendMIS be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the site.
